IT Support Services
Expert-led IT support, designed to stabilise operations, reduce risk and unlock sustainable growth.
IT Support That Scales With Your Business
IT support is a strategic differentiator. Whether you’re busy fighting hardware failures or trying to scale up your business with the help of AI tools, access to a reliable IT partner - with the ability to think strategically and govern your estate - can be the difference between success and failure.
At ITWORX, we provide expert-led IT support services for organisations that depend on technology to operate effectively. Our approach combines deep technical expertise with a clear understanding of business risk, operational efficiency and long-term planning.
We support organisations across the North East of Scotland and beyond, acting as an extension of internal teams or as a fully outsourced IT function, depending on your needs.
We offer fully managed services that provide everything from proactive monitoring to strategic IT roadmaps, and we also offer reactive Bank of Hours (BOH) support to companies at the beginning of their growth journey. If you are hunting for a partner that can improve productivity, protect sensitive data and enable your organisations to scale with confidence, you are in the right place.
A Structured, Expert-Led Approach
Effective IT support is more than just issue resolution. When you engage us to manage your IT infrastructure, we embed at every level; gaining full visibility of your estate, security setup, user base and data requirements, alongside the ability to anticipate problems before they impact your day-to-day operations.
Our multidisciplinary team brings experience across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, endpoint management and backup systems. We also maintain close partnerships with leading technology vendors including Microsoft, Cisco and Datto, ensuring our clients benefit from proven platforms and best-practice implementations.
Whether you engage us to offer fully managed IT services or ask us to provide reactive support, our team will make sure you have full confidence in your

IT Support Models For Every Scenario
We offer two IT support models. For most organisations, a managed service delivers the greatest long-term value, combining stability, efficiency and strategic direction.

Managed IT Services
Our Managed IT Services offering is designed for organisations that want to move beyond reactive support and establish a strategic approach to IT. Under a managed service agreement, we take full ownership of your IT estate. For many organisations, managed IT reduces overall cost volatility rather than increasing spend.
This includes proactive monitoring, regular site visits, lifecycle management, security oversight and long-term planning. We act as a fractional IT department, enabling leadership teams to focus on performance and growth rather than operational complexity.

Bank Of Hours Support
Bank of Hours support provides flexible, reactive access to IT expertise without the commitment of a fully managed service. Hours are purchased in advance and drawn down as required, covering ad-hoc support, short-term projects or specialist assistance.
While Bank of Hours support offers flexibility, it does not include proactive monitoring, strategic planning or routine site visits. For organisations with growing operational complexity, these limitations often lead to higher risk and less predictable outcomes over time.
Learn more about our Bank of Hours Support
Selecting the right IT support model depends on your organisation’s size, risk profile and growth ambitions. While Bank of Hours support can be effective in specific scenarios, most organisations benefit from the structure, accountability and foresight provided by a managed service.
We regularly help clients transition from reactive support to a fully managed model as their requirements mature. This progression allows IT to evolve from a cost centre into a platform for efficiency and resilience.
A Long-Term Partner in IT Support
Our success is built on long-term relationships, and we are proud to say that we’ve established ourselves as a leading provider of reliable IT support services in the North East. Every ITWORX client benefits from:
Personal Service
Every IT support client benefits from a dedicated account manager with a technical background, supported by a service desk providing 24/7 access to on-call engineers. For managed service clients, we also combine technology-driven monitoring with regular on-site engagement to ensure issues are addressed early and strategies remain aligned with changing business needs.
Deep Expertise
Your account manager will always be your principal point of contact, but you’ll have immediate access to a team of in-house specialists with years of technical expertise. As one of the North East’s most established managed IT service providers, we also have a strong network of third-party contractors that we can call on for one-off tasks like installing cabling or penetration testing your security setup.
A Culture of Ownership
It’s easy to talk about values, but we walk the walk. Everybody who works at ITWORX shares a deep commitment to ownership, irrespective of whether we’re calling on third party providers or interfacing with your suppliers. When you run into an IT issue, we’ll work on it until it’s resolved, and we treat every IT estate as if it’s our own.
A Market-Leading R&D Function
We’re not satisfied with competence, which is why we invest in an internal R&D department that’s dedicated to staying ahead of the curve; learning and progressing IT knowledge so that our customers benefit from the very latest advances in network or cloud-based infrastructure, technology or software.
