Say hello to William Duthie, one of our Services Technicians at ITWORX UK. William joined the team in July 2022 and is often one of the first points of contact for customers needing IT support.

Building Skills Through Study and Experience

William holds a Higher National Diploma in Technical Support and has completed both Microsoft and Apple certification exams. His studies gave him hands-on experience and sparked a strong interest in helping users resolve IT issues.

He was drawn to ITWORX UK because of its reputation for excellent customer service and the opportunity to develop his skills within a supportive, team-focused environment.

A Day in the Life on the Service Desk

William’s day typically involves working on the service desk, logging, managing, and resolving customer tickets. He provides both remote and on-site support, helping customers overcome technical challenges and keep their systems running efficiently.

What William Enjoys Most About ITWORX UK

In William’s own words, he enjoys “the variety of work and the opportunity to learn something new every day.” He also values being part of a team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are encouraged.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, William enjoys keeping active by heading to the gym after work and unwinding with video games in his downtime. He also values spending quality time with family, making the most of time away from the screen.
