Say hello to Kyle Brebner, our Service Desk Supervisor at ITWORX UK. Kyle joined the business in September 2017 and has played a key role in shaping and supporting the service desk team, combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality service.

In Kyle’s words, he’s a “football and golf fanatic who’s apparently really good with computers!”

From Gaming Consoles to IT Leadership

Kyle’s interest in technology began early, sparked by growing up surrounded by gaming consoles — from the Gameboy through to the PlayStation. That early fascination soon evolved into a broader curiosity about PCs and how IT systems work together as a whole.

While studying at university, a close friend who already worked at ITWORX UK recommended Kyle when a role became available. With the timing just right and a strong recommendation behind him, Kyle joined the team — and hasn’t looked back since.

A Day in the Life of a Service Desk Supervisor

Kyle’s role is varied and fast-paced. His days often involve delivering complex project work for customers, acting as an escalation point for technicians and engineers, and ensuring the service desk operates efficiently and meets SLA targets.

He also plays an important part in documenting procedures and processes, helping ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for customers across the board.

What Kyle Enjoys Most About ITWORX UK

For Kyle, the biggest appeal of working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is variety. Supporting customers across multiple industries means no two days are ever the same, with each new environment bringing different challenges and opportunities to learn.

Outside of Work

Away from the desk, Kyle keeps active. He plays seven-a-side football on Tuesday nights, enjoys a round of golf on Sundays, regularly hits the gym, and spends time walking his miniature dachshund.
