ITWORX UK Celebrates Internal Staff Promotions

We’re pleased to announce the recent promotions of Kyle Brebner and William Duthie at ITWORX UK recognising their continued contribution, development, and commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Kyle Brebner has been promoted from Service Desk Supervisor to Services Team Leader. Since joining ITWORX UK in 2017, Kyle has played a key role in the development and day-to-day running of the service desk. With strong technical expertise and a focus on continuous improvement, he has consistently supported both colleagues and clients while helping to drive service delivery standards. In his new role, Kyle will take on broader responsibility for leading the services team and supporting its ongoing growth and performance.

William Duthie has been promoted from Services Technician to Systems Engineer. Since joining the business in 2022, William has demonstrated a strong work ethic, technical capability, and a commitment to learning and development. Through his work on the service desk and in supporting customer environments, he has built a solid foundation that will support his transition into an engineering role.
