Brandon Successfully Completes QA Apprenticeship in IT Support

At ITWORX UK, we’re proud to celebrate the achievements of our team and we’re delighted to congratulate Brandon Reid, Services Technician, on successfully completing his QA Apprenticeship in IT Support (SCQF Level 8).
Since joining ITWORX UK in September 2024, Brandon has quickly become a valued member of the team. With a background in Games Design and a strong interest in troubleshooting and systems improvement, he brings both technical expertise and a proactive approach to his role.
Through the QA Apprenticeship Programme, Brandon has developed advanced IT support skills, strengthening his ability to solve complex problems, think strategically, and support both colleagues and clients effectively.
“The QA Apprenticeship has been great for building my confidence and giving me the chance to apply what I’ve learned in my daily work,” Brandon explains.
In his day-to-day role, Brandon supports clients and colleagues across a wide range of tasks from resolving support tickets to managing communications and assisting with technical queries. His enthusiasm for learning and commitment to delivering excellent service have made a positive impact across the business.
Brandon’s achievement reflects ITWORX UK’s ongoing commitment to developing talent through apprenticeships.
