ITWORX UK Services Technician Achieves Apple Professional Training Certification

We’re proud to share that William Duthie, one of our Services Technicians at ITWORX UK, has successfully passed the Apple Professional Training (APT) Apple Device Support Exam. This certification is designed for technical professionals who support Apple devices within their organisations and is based on the latest platforms: iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia.

William’s achievement demonstrates both his personal commitment to professional development and ITWORX UK's broader dedication to supporting Apple environments across the businesses we serve. As more organisations integrate Apple products into their operations, having certified expertise in-house ensures we continue to provide our clients with knowledgeable, up-to-date technical support.

This milestone follows William’s earlier accomplishment in April 2024, when he completed his apprenticeship and earned his Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF Level 8. His continued progression is a strong example of the growth opportunities available within ITWORX UK and our ongoing investment in developing talent.

We anticipate that more of our team will follow in William’s footsteps by gaining Apple certifications in the coming months, further strengthening our ability to support a wide range of platforms and client needs.
