Say hello to Luke Grimbley, our Customer Success Manager who joined ITWORX UK in January 2024. With a solid background in IT infrastructure and a passion for customer-centric solutions, Luke has been an exciting addition to our team.
Starting a Career in IT
Luke's journey into IT began as an Apprentice IT Technician after he completed an HND at Aberdeen College. He has since accumulated over a decade of experience, supporting a wide range of sectors across the North-East and beyond. His love for technology sparked as a teenager, where his enthusiasm for gaming led him to build custom computers. This hands-on experience fuelled his desire to pursue a career in IT.
Luke initially joined ITWORX as a Senior Engineer, drawn by the company's professional ethos and commitment to doing things the right way. His customer-focused approach ultimately inspired him to return as a Customer Success Manager, where he could leverage his technical background while emphasising client satisfaction.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager
In his role at ITWORX UK, Luke's days are never dull. His responsibilities include daily account management support across his client base, providing recommendations, proposals, and pricing for new projects and services. He coordinates with the services team on project delivery and engages in IT strategy planning to assist clients in creating and implementing stepwise roadmaps aligned with their goals and budgets. Additionally, he checks in with clients during the review process to ensure they receive quality service tailored to their needs at all times.

Outside of Work
When he’s not busy helping clients, Luke is a devoted dad to three boys which keep him busy! He enjoys spending quality family time, engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and running, and keeping up with his children's hobbies. He also finds time for DIY projects around the house and indulges in gaming, a passion that began in his youth.
