ITWORK UK have promoted Kyle Brebner to Service Desk Supervisor as a response to the company’s growth. This new role will further develop and strengthen the functionality of the Service Desk whilst continuing to deliver the very best experience for clients.

After graduating from Robert Gordon University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons), in Computer Network Management and Design, Kyle began his career at ITWORX UK.

Starting over 5years ago in a Systems Technician role, Kyle progressed to Systems Engineer before being promoted into the newly established role of Service Desk Supervisor.

As an employee-owned company there is a strong focus around training and developing staff which is instrumental in building the future direction of the company. ITWORX UK have continuously invested in young talent within the North East and credits its strong track record of employee retention to giving its employees a clear pathway for job progression and growth.

As Service Desk Supervisor, Kyle is responsible for organising the Service Desk team and ensuring that the Service Desk is performing to its best ability. This includes, but not limited to, ensuring ticket SLA’s are met, resource management, escalations and the assignment of support tickets.

Kyle has undertaken Supervisory Training with AGCC to help him develop further into this new role within the business.
