1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My name is Mark and I am a dad of 2 girls, as you can imagine life is full of challenges. I have been at ITWORX UK for 2 years. I previously worked in Security for 16 Years.

2. What is your job role at ITWORX UK?

I am a Systems Technician. I am one of the first to deal with customer support requests. I log and handle customer tickets, assist with remote customer support, daily validation of backups, customer equipment preparation and asset processing.

3. What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?

I like to read, spend time with my family and I like to go walking.

4. Do you have any pets?

Yes, I have 2 cats.

Shawshank Redemption, The Great Escape and The Green Mile

6. Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I became a certified Scuba Diver at the age of 11.

7. How would you spend a million pounds in 24 hours?

I would charter a private jet and take the family to Disneyland... after paying off the mortgage.

8. What would you choose to eat for your very last meal?

Shredded chilli beef with fried rice!

9. What 2 items would you want to have with you if you were stranded on a desert island?

(Human needs such as food and water are already provided)
