1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

Aberdeen born and bred.

I have worked in IT ever since leaving school (a few years ago now!). I had a keen interest in communications so I chose this area to specialise in, working with Cisco technologies primarily.

In my spare time I love to holiday, spa, attend concerts and generally wind down from work.

2. What was your first ever job?

Data Preparation Operator at Grampian Health Board, Computing Centre.

3. What made you take the leap and start your own business?

Independence and the ability to add value to improve the customer experience.

4. What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned while working?

Respect and value your colleagues input, everyone should be able to give an opinion, no idea or question is ever stupid.

5. What would you choose to eat for your very last meal?

An Indian – Mixed Pakora, Butter Chicken and Naan.

6. What do you do to reboot your system?

Spa!

7. Tell us an interesting fact/accomplishment about yourself.

I have sat and passed over 60 industry related exams.

8. What 2 items would you want to have with you if you were stranded on a desert island?

(Human needs such as food and water are already provided)

An iPad and a tennis ball.

9. What are your pet hates?

Bad manners.

10. If you had one bit of advice to give, what would it be?

Enjoy life and make sure you have the right work/life balance.

11. What is your favourite tech tip?

Backup, Backup, Backup!

To further our company growth, expansion of the team and of our service offerings.
