ROLE SUMMARY

An opportunity exists for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales/Marketing graduate interested in working within a strong team and fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director’s, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Commercial team to provide sales, marketing and administration support across all aspects of the business in line with the company business plan. 

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing sales and marketing support in key areas relating to customer service, quote management, lead generation, business development, sales support, marketing initiatives and customer relationship management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support incoming sales enquiries

  • Provide quotations for new and existing clients

  • Proactive follow-up of quotes to help close opportunities in line with company targets

  • Support sales activities relating to the on-going development of existing and prospective customers as directed

  • Support the renewal process and account management process for existing customers

  • Update and maintain sales information and customer details within the company CRM.

  • Support the commercial team with sales pipeline tracking and opportunity management

  • Assist with sales projects as directed

     

    MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support marketing initiatives including PR, campaigns and social media

  • Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

  • Assist with marketing projects as directed

  • Assist with marketing material and product literature

  • Upload marketing material and articles to on-line libraries, internet groups and social media

  • Update and maintain the company marketing library

     

    ADMINISTRATION

  • General administration support

  • Support and adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Educated to degree level

  • Creative ability to think “outside of the box”

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

     

    RENUMERATION PACKAGE

  • Competitive salary

  • Annual holiday entitlement of 28 Days, increasing by 1 Day per year (max 5 additional days)
